These older women stroll the parks in Baguio City, such as the Baguio Botanical Garden, to pose for visitors and earn money. They wear native costumes and charge ten pesos for each person in their group for several poses. This group of eight women earned a total of 80 pesos from this picture taking.
The teenagers among them are senior high schoolers from a private Catholic school in Laguna who traveled more than 300 kilometers to Baguio to attend a retreat developed for them. This retreat is aimed at helping them analyze their capabilities as they choose their college courses and help them look into the role of God in their lives as they leave the security of their homes and live in college dormitories or rented rooms.
